REFLECT: The Moment I Stopped Waiting for Perfect Conditions
“The only impossible journey is the one you never begin.”
— Tony Robbins
There’s a saying that's always resonated with me, one I’ve found to be true in so many situations, and it predicts when we are ready for change
“We will only change when the fear of staying the same outweighs the fear of change.”

I’m sure this resonates with many of you, too. It might be that job that drains you, the habit you continue to do over and over, or that relationship that you know deep down shrinks you.
It's all the things we tolerate until something changes, and then one moment we don't. We’re not quite sure what has shifted; we just know something has.
Change comes from the whisper deep inside, I can't do this anymore, that's the moment.
This moment is beautiful, it's also hard, it's messy, and it can be very lonely. We know we are ready for change, but we are not quite sure how to get there, and we start to question everything.
Who am I, what will my life be, and how do I get there? I’ve been there, and the space between who we are and who we want to be is a dark grey area, one that can be hard to navigate.
My advice is, all you need to know and do is the next step. What is the next thing I can do to get myself to where I want to be? The rest will come, day by day, moment by moment, when you choose yourself; everything else will follow.
Taking that first step is the hardest. I have every faith you can do it, and I’m here to cheer you on from the sidelines.
You got this.
